DESCRIPTION:Tervetuloa Muotoilun Iltapäivään! \nKaikille muotoilun parissa työskenteleville ja opiskeleville sekä alasta kiinnostuneille suunnatussa seminaarissa kolme alan ajankohtaista ammattilaista jakavat kokemuksiaan ja näkemyksiään muotoilun eri saralta. Muotoilun iltapäivä järjestetään keskiviikkona 1. lokakuuta kello 13-16 Werstaan auditoriossa\, lähellä monia muita TAD Weekin tapahtumia ja näyttelyitä. \nTänä vuonna seminaarin aloittaa kreikkalainen muotoilija\, taiteilija ja käsityöläinen Evita Stavrou\, hänen puheenvuoronsa on englanniksi: Rigid Flexibility and the Butterfly Effect: Collective Creation in Craft and Nature. \nEvita Stavrou explores the paradox of rigid flexibility through modular origami and paper craft\, where fragile units gain strength in repetition yet become unstable once a threshold is crossed. She reflects on collective creation as a process mirrored both in human collaboration and in natural systems—like honeycombs\, bird flocks\, or branching trees—that reveal how resilience depends on balance. Through the metaphor of the Butterfly Effect\, she invites us to see how small actions ripple into larger transformations in craft\, community\, and beyond. \nSuomenkieliset puhujamme ovat Maarit Kalmakurki ja Maria Jokela. \nMaarit Kalmakurki: Virtuaalinen vaate – ekologinen ratkaisu?
